Pocamarket FAQ: Seller Shop (Beta)

The current 'Seller Shop' is in beta, so there may be some shortcomings. For feature requests or additional questions, please share your feedback through chat support > sellershop on the Pocamarket website. We will strive to provide a better official service in the future!

Q. How can I join as a seller?

Q. What is a Verified Seller?

A Verified Seller is backed by Pocamarket, having provided personal information and a security deposit for consumer protection.
If an order marked as ‘Delivered’ is not received within a month, Pocamarket will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund.
However, we are not responsible for misdelivery, transit loss, or post-delivery loss caused by the courier.

Q. Who are the beta service sellers and how are they selected?

To minimize user risks, Pocamarket has invited experienced sellers from other platforms, long-time users, and internal staff from various countries for the beta service.

Q. Are these products authentic?

This beta service operates as a direct transaction, and Pocamarket does not conduct authentication, which is why no transaction fee applies.
We have invited reliable sellers for this service, but please make your purchase decisions carefully.

Q. Items in my cart appear differently or disappeared.

The cart is browser storage-based, so items may vary across browsers, devices, or modes, and clearing cache may delete your data.
Please use the same browser and device when logged in, and avoid clearing your cache.

Q. Can I cancel or refund my order?

Order cancellations and refunds are not available during the beta service. For Verified Sellers, if an order marked as ‘Delivered’ is not received within a month, Pocamarket will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund.
We are not responsible for misdelivery, transit loss, or post-delivery loss caused by the courier.) Refunds and support are not available for orders from regular sellers.

Shipping

Q. How are photocards packaged?

Packaging methods vary by seller, and Pocamarket is not responsible for any damage caused by packaging.
Some photocards may be packaged and shipped by Pocamarket after inspection.

Q. How is shipping handled?

Products are shipped via K-Packet or other carriers depending on the seller or destination country.
Currently, beta service’s shipping is limited to Argentina, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands).

Q. How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees vary depending on the seller’s country and the destination country.
Please select your destination country on the Main Page, Product Detail Page, Cart, or Checkout.

We are currently in beta, so there is no communication feature yet. Please contact us via the chat support at the bottom of the Pocamarket Home page.

Q. When will the beta service end?

The beta service will continue until all sellers’ products are sold out, but please note that it may end without prior notice.
