Pocamarket FAQ: Payment & Wallet

Pokamarket implements a 'Wallet' system where users can deposit a certain amount and purchase photo cards according to their budget. We are continuously adding diverse and convenient payment methods for users worldwide, so please stay tuned!

Q1. What payment methods are available?

You can only use credit/debit cards or paypal, not gift debit card.

Q2. Can I use gift cards on Pocamarket?

You can only use credit/debit cards or paypal, not gift debit card.
We are currently conducting surveys to facilitate payments. If you have a preferred type of gift card you'd like to use, please let us know via Chat Support along with your country.

Q3. Payment with PayPal is not available

Our system does not give us information on the specific reason why a payment has failed. Please contact PayPal customer support for further assistance.

Q4. I can’t charge my wallet

Our system does not give us information on the specific reason why a payment has failed. Please contact your card issuer or PayPal customer support for further assistance.

Q5. My money came out from the bank, but it is not reflected on my wallet

Please contact Pocamarket customer center directly.

Q6. Can I get a refund after charging?

If there is no transaction history within 7 days after charging your wallet, the customer can cancel charge and get a refund.
