Q1. Does the product include everything mentioned in its name, like ‘set’, ‘doll’, ‘keyring’, etc.?

Pocamarket only sells photocards, no extras (e.g. Album, Doll, Photobook etc.)
Q2. The photocard I wanted to purchase is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

If a seller in Korea has registered a card for sale, it should be visible in the global version of Pocamarket as well. However, if the seller is not currently available, it will be marked as out of stock.

In other words, the inventory may vary depending on the timing.
Q3. It looks like the photocard I want isn’t available on Pocamarket. Please add the photocard I want.

Since Photocard registrations are processed sequentially, it's difficult for me to inform you whether your requested card is scheduled for registration and when it will be registered.
Q4. Is it official? Are the photocards real?

all the photocards in Pocamarket are authenticated, 100% verified photocards from the sellers!

If you suspect that the item may be fake, please provide reasons why within 7 days of receipt along with an unboxing video. Our team will review the case and contact you again afterward.
Q5. Can I sell my own photocards on Pocamarket?

Unfortunately, we do not support the photocard selling service for people outside of Korea at the moment.

However, we are working to provide this service for global users as soon as possible!
