Pocamarket FAQ: Buy & Refund

Please refer to this page for any questions regarding purchases and refunds on Pocamarket! Feel free to contact the customer center via Chat Support as well. ** Our hours are 9am-6pm (KST)

Buy

Q1. I made a purchase but haven’t received the item.

Once you purchase photocards, they are saved in your collection. If you wish to receive physical photocards, you have to request shipping.
Currently, there are no regulations on the storage fee or time limit for [Collection]. However, the policy may change in the future, so we recommend requesting shipping as soon as possible if you can.

Q2. Is there no cart? Can’t I buy multiple items at once?

We do not have a cart system, and all products must be purchased individually.
We are currently working on improvements to make your purchasing experience more convenient. Please bear with us for a little while longer.

Q3. Can I add multiple quantities of the same photocard to my cart?

Our cart policy allows only one of each item to be added at a time.

Q4. Why did the item(photocard) in my cart disappear?

If you purchased the item, it’s automatically removed from your cart. Items are also removed if they’ve been in your cart for over 30 days.

Refund

Q1. Can I cancel my purchase?

Once you have purchased the item, the purchase cannot be canceled.
If there are any issues with the product and you need to contact customer service, inquiries must be made within 7 days of product arrival, accompanied by an unboxing video and the barcode number for verification.
The unboxing process must be captured entirely, and any signs of opening or editing will invalidate the video. (* Each file must be under 1GB. For prompt assistance, please contact us via chat support.)

Q2. Can I refund my photocard?

Due to the nature of our platform, refunds are not possible once you have purchased any Photocards.
As soon as you purchase photocards, the selling amount is settled with the sellers in Korea. You have already agreed to this before making the purchase as well.
Since your purchase amount has already been settled with the sellers, transactions cannot be reversed.
We apologize that I couldn't be of more help.

Q3. Can I refund my wallet or Charge?

Cancellation of a charge is only possible if no transaction has occurred for the charged amount, and the cancellation request must be made within 7 days of the charge date.
Also, For amounts that have already been charged, only full cancellation is possible, and partial refunds are not available.
we cannot refund your balance.

Standard for photocard condition

- Official photocards that were officially released under the agreement with the entertainment company. - Any scratch, imprint, press is less than 10mm (facial part of the photocard) - Roller press marks or dotted marks during the printing process - Photocards that are made with special material that have minor scratches. (Special Material: matt, transparent, lenticular, etc. - Defects filed other than the above acceptance criteria do not fall under the reasons for purchase cancellation and refund.
