Regarding Economy option : On average, delivery takes about 2–3 weeks after shipping, but it may take longer depending on the destination country or the shipment volume.
Q2. Should I record an unboxing video before opening the package?

If there are any issues with the product and you need to contact customer service, inquiries must be made within 7 days of product arrival, accompanied by an unboxing video and the barcode number for verification.
•
The unboxing process must be recorded in full from start to finish without interruption, and any signs of opening or editing will make the video invalid.
•
The defect must be clearly visible in the unboxing video. For faster verification, we also recommend filming the part you believe to be defective.

Cancellation is not possible after the shipment request has been made.
