Pocamarket FAQ: Shipping

How long does it take to deliver after requesting shipping? Products are prepared and delivered to the shipping company within 5 days of shipment request. It will arrive to you within 7 days on average from the delivery company's arrival date.

Q2. Is there a limit of 40 photocards per month for shipping requests?

You can ship up to 40 photo cards per shipping request, and this limit is not affected by the month.
You are free to request shipping as often as you like within a month.

Q3. Can I combine shipping?

You can ship up to 40 photo cards per shipping request, and this limit is not affected by the month.
Combined shipping is not available, so please make separate individual requests.

Q4. What is the minimum quantity for a shipping request?

You can request shipping starting from 1 card.

Q2. Why shoot an unboxing video before opening the product?

If there are any issues with the product and you need to contact customer service, inquiries must be made within 7 days of product arrival, accompanied by an unboxing video and the barcode number for verification.
The unboxing process must be captured entirely, and any signs of opening or editing will invalidate the video. (* Each file must be under 1GB. For prompt assistance, please contact us via chat support.)

Q4. I can’t check the tracking number

You can check the tracking number on [My Page] - [Shipping List]. The delivery status can be tracked once the tracking information is registered in the courier company's system.

You can track the shipment through the EMS tracking service of each country's postal service.

Q5. I would like to cancel my shipping request

Cancellation is not possible after the shipment request has been made. However, if the shipping status is "Preparing for Shipment," you can modify the shipping information, such as the delivery address.
