Pocamarket strives to provide a more convenient service for K-pop enthusiasts worldwide. We meticulously inspect photo cards sold by Korean sellers for authenticity and quality assurance, ensuring only flawless items are available for purchase. Prices for each photocard are set by Korean sellers, and Pocamarket does not intervene in pricing decisions. Thank you for your understanding.

Q1. What is Payment Processing Fee?

This fee is the commission paid to the payment provider.

Q2. What is PayPal Fee?

This fee is added by PayPal and amounts to an additional $0.30 charge for all transactions.
If you use a payment method other than PayPal, this fee will not be imposed.

Q3. What is Transaction Fee?

This fee is for inspection services for authenticity and defects.

Q4. What is Processing Fee?

This fee includes product preparation and packaging services.
You can request shipping for up to 40 cards, and the fee is charged only once per shipping request.

Q5. What is Shipping Fee?

This fee is the shipping fee, which varies based on the total weight of the photo cards being shipped and the destination country.
Please note that fees may differ depending on the shipping method, such as FedEx or K-Packet.

Q1. Why does the product price change?

Pocamarket is a platform for photo card transactions. As a result, all inventory and prices are subject to real-time changes based on the seller's discretion.

Q2. Why are prices different for the same product depending on the member?

Prices for each photocard are set by sellers.
