Pocamarket FAQ: Buy & Refund

Q1. I made a purchase but haven’t received the item.

Once you purchase photocards, they are saved in your collect Book. If you wish to receive photocards, you have to request shipment.
Currently, there are no regulations on the storage fee or time limit for Collect Book. However, the policy may change in the future, so we recommend requesting shipping as soon as possible if you can.

Q2. Why did the item(photocards) in my cart disappear?

If you purchased the item, it’s automatically removed from your cart. Items are also removed if they’ve been in your cart for over 30 days.

Refund

Q1. Can I cancel my purchase?

Once you have purchased the item, the purchase cannot be canceled.
As soon as you purchase photocards, the selling amount is settled with the sellers in Korea. You have already agreed to this before making the purchase as well.
Since your purchase amount has already been settled with the sellers, transactions cannot be reversed.
We apologize that I couldn't be of more help.

Q2. Can I refund my photocard?

Due to the nature of our platform, refunds are not possible once you have purchased any Photocards.
If there are any issues with the product and you need to contact customer service, inquiries must be made within 7 days of product arrival, accompanied by an unboxing video and the barcode number for verification.
The unboxing process must be captured entirely, and any signs of opening or editing will invalidate the video. (* Each file must be under 1GB. For prompt assistance, please contact us via chat support.)

Q3. Can I refund my wallet or Charge?

Cancellation of a charge is only possible if no transaction has occurred for the charged amount, and the cancellation request must be made within 7 days of the charge date.
Also, For amounts that have already been charged, only full cancellation is possible, and partial refunds are not available.
we cannot refund your balance.

 Standard for photocard condition

Pocamarket is a marketplace that connects photocard sellers and buyers.
If you find any issue with the photocard you received through Pocamarket, please contact our Customer Center:
Within 7 days of receiving the item
With an unboxing video attached
Please note that the defect must be clearly visible in the unboxing video. We recommend filming the part you believe to be defective so that it can be easily confirmed.

The following is Pocamarket’s Standard for Photocard Condition

Official photocards that were officially released under the agreement with the entertainment company.
Any scratch, imprint, or press mark smaller than 10mm on the facial part of the photocard
Roller press marks or dotted marks that may occur during the printing process
Photocards made with special materials (matte, transparent, lenticular, etc.) that may have minor scratches
Photocards may have slight bending due to the nature of the paper material
Minor scuffs on glossy photocards are considered acceptable and treated as standard products, not as defects.
Minor cutting or color differences may occur during the printing and production process
Unopened photocards are treated as new products and stocked without inspection
The usage status of QR codes is not verified
Any issues not listed in the above criteria are not accepted as reasons for cancellation or refund.
