Q. What are the Tier Benefits?

The Pocamarket Tier Benefits program is a rewards system with 4 tiers: Basic, Gold, Diamond, and Royal, offering various perks based on your direct purchases.
•
Only purchases made directly on Pocamarket count toward your tier status; purchases or sales through Seller Shops(Used) are not included.
Q. What do I need to do to level up my tier, and how often does it change?
•
Your tier is based on your total purchase amount over the past 3 months.
•
For example, your purchases over the most recent 3 months are combined, and your tier is determined based on that total amount.
•
Your tier is calculated based on the actual amount you pay for photocards after discounts.
For example, if you use a $10 coupon on a $100 item, only $90 will count toward your tier.
Please note that shipping fees are not included in the calculation.
•
If you move up more than two tiers at once, only the rewards for your final (highest) tier will be provided.
•
Your tier is recalculated every quarter (every 3 months) based on your recent total purchase amount.
•
Your tier may increase or decrease depending on your 3-month purchase activity.
Q. How are tiers calculated?
Your tier is assigned based on your total purchase amount over the past 3 months:

BASIC: $0 ~ $59.99
•
GOLD: $60 ~ $384.99
•
DIAMOND: $385 ~ $1,399.99
•
ROYAL: $1,400+

Tap the My > Tier icon at the top to access the Tier Benefits screen.

There, you can view:

The higher your tier, the more benefits you can enjoy on Pocamarket.
•
You can view detailed benefits for each tier by going to My > Tier Benefits > View All Tiers.

Q. When and Where can I check the coupons I received?

Your tier is updated based on your quarterly purchase amount calculation, and once your tier is confirmed, tier benefits and coupons are issued on the 1st of every month at 9 AM (KST).

Q. When do reward coupons expire?

Reward coupons are valid for 30 days from the issue date (1st of the month).
