Q1. How do I pull the Mystery Pack?

Select your favorite group, then tap the [Pull] button.
If you have a Free Ticket, you can pull for free.
If you don’t, you can pay using the cash in [My Wallet].
1 Pull: $3.30 10 Pulls: $30 (discounted price)The amount will be deducted from your [My Wallet] balance, so please make sure you have enough funds before you pull.

Once you tap the [Pull] button, refunds are not available.
Please double-check that you’ve selected your favorite group before pulling.
Q2. How can I get a Free Ticket?

You’ll receive 1 Free Ticket (for a Mystery Pack pull) when:

You top up $30 or more for the first time.
◦
You request a shipment for the first time.

Check your Free Ticket balance in the Free Ticket Count section on the Mystery Pack page.
Q3. Which groups and card grades are included in the Mystery Pack?

Currently, the Mystery Pack includes the following 10 groups:

&TEAM, ZEROBASEONE, ATEEZ, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, NCT DREAM, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, THE BOYZ, ENHYPEN.
If the prepared stock runs out, the Pull button will be disabled.

Photocards are divided into 5 grades based on rarity:

SRR, SR, A, B, and C.
The higher the grade, the rarer and more valuable the photocard is.

Q4. Where can I see the photocards I pulled?

You can check the photocards you pulled from the Mystery Pack in Collect Book.

If you don’t see your card in the Collect Book, please contact Customer Service by email at hello@infludeo.com, and we’ll check it for you right away!
Q5. I pulled a photocard I don’t like. Can I exchange or refund it?
•
Once you pull a photocard from the Mystery Pack, exchanges or refunds for a simple change of mind are not available. So please make sure to pull carefully!
