Please verify the email address and SNS account you are attempting to log in with, then contact Chat Support Customer Center.

Providing a recording of the login process would be helpful for figuring out what the issue is.

If you have a purchase history for photo cards, having the payment approval number from the time of purchase would facilitate the consultation.
Q2. I can’t log in with Google in App

If you have signed up with Twitter, Apple, or any other login method using the same Gmail account, Google login cannot be used for registration. Please use a different Gmail account or utilize the existing login method.

Q4. Can I change my nickname?

Nickname is a unique identifier for members and cannot be changed.
