How to Level Up and Maintain Your Tier
Your tier is updated monthly based on your total spending during that month.
For example, if you’re currently at the Platinum tier and spend $250 or more this month, you’ll be upgraded to Diamond next month.
Only your actual payment amount after discounts counts. That means shipping fees are excluded.
To maintain your current tier, simply meet the monthly spending requirement.
Once your level increases, a [Level Up!] badge and notification will appear in the app!

All tier benefits and coupons are automatically issued on the 1st of every month at 9 AM (KST).
You can view tier benefits under My > Tier Benefit, and coupons under My > Coupon.
Each coupon is valid for 30 days from the issue date, so don’t forget to use it before it expires!
