We mentioned in our last post that your photocard is being shipped from our warehouse in Korea.

But, have you ever worried about whether your photocard will survive the shipping journey? 
No need to be worry! Your photocard is safe with us! 
Let’s take a look at how we carefully pack your items for global shipping.
Five Steps for packing Your Photocard
1.
Prepare a plastic case designed for shipment and place a Pocamarket sticker on it.
2.
If you have 1 or 2 photocards, put them in a toploader and seal it securely.
3.
If you have 3 or more photocards, place them inside the shipping plastic case for extra protection.
4.
Attach the shipping label on the top sealing area of the box.
5.
Wrap the case in Pocamarket bubble wrap, place it inside the shipping box, and tape it tightly.
Each photocard is individually protected with a sleeve and packed together with a Pocamarket Card.
And for international shipments, especially, we take extra care when packing item.
Through this process, your photocard will arrive safely to you.
If you Received a Damaged Item..
In rare cases, the item may be damaged during international shipping.
If your package or photocard is defective, please contact our Customer Service.
To receive the support, make sure to record a full unboxing video from star to finish without any cuts or pauses.
You must submit your claim within 7 days of receiving the item.
Any signs of editing or the package being opened beforehand will make the video invaild.
